We will go on together on this journey together. The relationship between a client and a designer is of the utmost importance to hi. and it begins with a simple step. By booking a free initial consultation you are on the way to making your dream space a reality with us.

So, how does our design journey work?

1. Initial Consultation
After getting in touch, a convenient time will be arranged to meet you in your space. It will be a casual meeting over a cup of tea, talking about how your space works for you currently, what you would like to improve and most importantly what your vision is for the completed design.

2. Design Outline and Fee Structure
In this stage you will be sent the design outline and fee structure for you to peruse and approve. Once this is completed and you are happy, your design journey can begin

3. Building the design
After meeting with you and setting out the project outline, it is now time to build your design. All of the choices you made at our initial consultation, the observations I made of your space along with all of my ideas I will now blend together to make your design.

4. Client Design Meeting
Once your design is complete I will meet with you again, this time to bring your vision alive. This may include digital 2D or 3D drawings, a concept board and a material samples board. All of which will help you to see and to feel how your design will work.

5. Design Execution
At this point, the design is finished. After having decided whether you would like myself or you to project manage the installation using your contractors; I will then either handover the design with all of the technical details or I will then have a meeting with you contractors.

6. Journey completion
So, congratulations, your newly designed and installed space is sparkling! A short while after your space is completed, I will ask for your feedback, to ensure everything went as planned.
